Complete the following in 7 minutes:
3 Overhead squats
Begin with 61.25kg (38.5kg), 84kg (57kg), 102kg (70kg) or 116kg (80kg) or scale as needed and increase by 5kg increments to as heavy as you can within the seven minutes. Do not use a rack.
Then:
3 x 800m block run (time each attempt and rest adequately between).
Hey CFE’rs
We only have 6 pairs from our gym registered…..that’s a little sad – how about we rally a few more team for the charity day? We have 20 teams from other gyms…..
Its going to be fun and inclusive (and scaling is fine) – its not the regionals or anything….its a sunday WOD and BBQ for a good cause. Get behind it!
